Before use: Use the thumbs of both hands to gently press the ceramic foam pad into the space of the handle.
During use: Gently rub back and forth on the callused part of the feet. Can be used on dry feet or wet feet soaked in water, but use on wet feet for best results.
After use: Rinse the product well and hang to dry. To change the pad, push on the two holes on the back of the handle. For sanitary purposes, change the pad when it is dirty.
