I just placed an order and would like to change it. How do I do that?
Please reach out to nailsupplyhouse@yahoo.com as soon as you can. If it's possible, we may be able to make a change to your order. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You will need to receive the order and process a return. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please reach out to nailsupplyhouse@yahoo.com to request a cancellation.
I received my order and it was damaged in the mail!
Please take photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and email it to us. We will determine whether to send you a replacement or issue you a refund if the item is out of stock.
Why did I get an invoice from the carrier?
You received an invoice because of the customs related to your country. This invoice was not sent from us, it was sent as "custom duty fees" from your government. Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.
Do you ship to my country? And if you do, how much will shipping cost?
In the checkout portion of our website, there is a shipping calculator. If your country is not listed in the calculator's drop-down menu, then we do not ship to your country at this time. If it is included in the calculator, select your country, state, and zip code, and you should get rates for the shipping cost.
The product I want to buy is sold out, will it ever be back in stock?
We do our best to restock items as soon as possible. There may be items that are limited edition which we can not re-order. Please check back on our website every 1-2 weeks to see if the item is back in stock.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In the checkout portion of our website, once you get to shipping, you will see different shipping options. Prices may vary depending on the weight of your package, and service that you have chosen for your shipment method.
