*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.
All returns must have the original receipts.
All items must be in the original packaging, sealed, and in good condition. Used items are not refundable.
Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Below are some typical items that cannot be returned including, but not limited to:
Clearance items or discontinued items
Items with broken seals
Items that are subject to Manufacturer's Return Policy or Warranty.
Items that have been damaged through customer's use and handling.
Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failures would fall under Warranty (see below).
You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to domestic returns. A $7 return shipping fee will also be charged. Items that are not in unused, unopened, and original condition are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
Please understand that charging a restocking fee on returns is necessary to cover costs associated with processing your order. Returns received after 15 days of delivery may be refused, depending on the situation. We appreciate your promptness in handling returns.

Returns made to nailsupplyhouse.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
Warranty Policy
All warranties are from their respective manufacturers, not from Nail Supply House. Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more for customers in the USA, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
If your order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship.
Large orders now require signature to ensure that packages arrive safely to the owner. We are not responsible for any orders that are stolen if customers so choose to remove the signature requirement from their order.
Estimated shipping time is calculated after products have shipped, it does not include processing time to pack the order and days of the weekend. Please advise that shipping times listed are only an estimate. Some orders may take more business days than the estimated delivery time during the holiday season due to postal delays.
Processing times can take 2-3 business days.
If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact your courier service provider first to inspect where the package has gone and email us at nailsupplyhouse@yahoo.com.
If you do not receive an email response within 24 hours it may be that your email has not gone through to our inbox. Please send us a follow up email if this is the case.
If your tracking has not been updated for a few days, please understand that it is likely being transferred over shipping facilities. It may take a few days to update as we partner with various couriers that are processing updates into separate systems when being handed over the shipment. Delays can be caused by inclement weather or sale times.
We provide standard/economy shipping by partnering with with various delivery companies (USPS/UPS).
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Flat rate fees are shown at checkout. Orders over $100 USD are eligible for free shipping in U.S. Order value is before applicable taxes, after discounts are applied.
Standard shipping times in the US are estimated 3-8 business days.
If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then Nail Supply House Inc will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Nail Supply House Inc, Nail Supply House Inc will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
