Bond lacquer to nails with specially formulated Rubberized basecoat. Lacquer Lock maintains vibrant color for lasting manicure and pedicures.

To Use: Apply 1 coat of Lacquer Lock then apply your favorite SpaRitual Nail Lacquer.
