Any disputes arising between person(s) and nailsupplyhouse.com will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of California.
In-Store Pick Up Policy
Processing Time: All in-store pickup orders require 1-2 business days for processing. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Identification Required: A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or ID Card) is required for order pickup. Cosmetology licenses and school IDs are not accepted.
Order Verification: You must verify your order in person at the time of pickup and sign for it.
No Third-Party Pickups: Orders can only be picked up by the person who placed the order, as we require ID verification and a signature at the time of pickup.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 30 days of processing will be canceled, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
Same-Day Pickup: Same Day Pick Up is available for orders placed before 3PM PST. Pick Up is only available after you receive a "Ready For Pick Up" email. All orders placed after 3PM PST will be available for pick up next business day.
Return Policy
*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy on our website prior requesting a return or making any new purchases.
All returns must have the original receipts.
All items must be in the original packaging, sealed, and in good condition. Used items are not refundable.
Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at orders.nailsupplyhouseinc@gmail.com within 7 days with photo evidence. After checking, it can be determined whether the order is eligible for replacement or refund. Returns received after 15 days of delivery may be refused, depending on the situation. We appreciate your promptness in handling returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Below are some typical items that cannot be returned including, but not limited to:
-Clearance items or discontinued items
-Items with broken seals
-Items that are subject to Manufacturer's Return Policy or Warranty.
-Items that have been damaged through customer's use and handling.
-Nail polish, gel polish, gel effect polish, electric files, LED/UV lamps, implements including nippers, scissors, and pushers, drill bits and/or used powders and liquids.
-DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failures would fall under Warranty (see below).
You may be eligible to return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to domestic returns. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Items that are not in unused, unopened, and original condition are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request, however the shipping cost for return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please understand that charging a restocking fee on returns is necessary to cover costs associated with processing your order.

Refund Policy
Returns made to nailsupplyhouse.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
Warranty Policy
All warranties and guarantees are from their respective manufacturers, not from Nail Supply House. Customer is responsible for being aware of the brand's warranty policy before purchase. Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Pre-order Policy
If your order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship. Preorders will ship when the product becomes available, estimated time of product availability is approximately 2 - 6 weeks (not including estimated shipping/delivery). If your order contains items that are in stock, they will ship together when preorder item(s) become available. Restocks can take between 2-6 weeks. We restock products according to manufacturer schedules. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Large orders now require signature to ensure that packages arrive safely to the owner. We are not responsible for any orders that are stolen if customers so choose to remove the signature requirement from their order.
Estimated shipping time is calculated after products have shipped, it does not include processing time to pack the order, days of the weekend, and items marked as pre-order. Please advise that shipping times listed are only an estimate. Some orders may take more business days than the estimated delivery time shown due to pre-order items or during the holiday season due to postal delays.
Processing times can take 2-3 business days. This is not reflected in the estimated shipping time.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS,UPS, or FedEx) directly to file a claim. Nail Supply House Inc is not responsible for lost packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking has not been updated for a few days, please understand that it is likely being transferred over shipping facilities. It may take a few days to update as we partner with various couriers that are processing updates into separate systems when being handed over the shipment. Delays can be caused by postal delays, inclement weather or sale times.
We provide standard/economy shipping by partnering with with various delivery companies (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
Shipping Policy
Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more for customers in the USA. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Orders over 50lbs cannot qualify for free shipping. For orders over 50lbs, customer will receive an email or call from us to discuss shipping costs.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Flat rate fees are shown at checkout. Orders over $100 USD are eligible for free shipping in U.S. Order value is before applicable taxes, after discounts are applied.
Standard shipping times in the US are estimated 3-8 business days. Shipping times may take longer during holiday seasons and/or postal delays.
Undeliverable Packages
If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. Changes cannot be made if the package has already been picked up by the shipping carrier. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then Nail Supply House Inc will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Nail Supply House Inc, Nail Supply House Inc will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
Freight Forwarding Services/Mail Forwarding Exclusion
Orders shipped to freight forwarding or drop-shipping services/addresses are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or claims for lost packages. Nail Supply House Inc is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party shipping services.
